Concrete Volume Formula
Slab/Beam: Volume = L × W × D (cubic metres) Rectangular Column: Volume = L × W × H Circular Column: Volume = π/4 × D² × H
For a rectangular column: Volume = Length × Width × Height. For a circular column: Volume = π/4 × Diameter² × Height. Multiply by the number of columns for total volume.
Wet volume is the volume of concrete after mixing and placing. Dry volume is the volume of dry materials (cement, sand, aggregate) needed before mixing, which is approximately 1.54 times the wet volume due to voids between dry particles.
